How many documents can it process in one run?

Practically unlimited — tested with 200+ documents. Runtime scales linearly with document count and total token volume.

Does it clear the existing Pinecone index before loading?

Configurable. By default it appends. You can add a 'delete all' step at the start to do a full refresh.

What's the difference between this and the Auto version?

This runs on-demand — great for bulk loads and refreshes. The Auto version watches Drive continuously and adds new files as they arrive.
