Privacy Policy

Contact details you give me: when you book an audit, email me, or submit a form, I collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the message.

Lead-magnet signups: if you request the free workflows, I collect your email address to send them and, occasionally, related automation tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Purchase data: when you buy through Paddle, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information as merchant of record. I receive transaction records (such as your name, email, and what you bought) but not your full card details.

To reply to your enquiry, deliver what you bought, provide support, and — if you opted in — send occasional useful automation content. I do not sell your data to anyone.

I use a small number of third-party processors to run the business: Paddle (payments and invoicing), an email/newsletter provider, form and webhook tooling (including n8n), and standard web hosting and analytics. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

For installed-system clients: I access your accounts temporarily to build your system and do not retain your credentials after handoff. You rotate credentials when the work is done.

I keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email investlit01@gmail.com and I’ll action it. If you’re in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; Paddle acts as a data controller/processor for payment data as described in their own privacy policy.

The site uses only essential cookies and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. It does not run advertising trackers.
